Home Theater Hook Up???????? - how can i record tv shows from hdtv with vcr combo

I have a new Sharp LCD HDTV 46 "3 HDMI, 2 A / V inputs, 1 S-video, I worked with a digital cable box and a TiVo Series2 DVR with a Blu-ray. Alls I know I have for the Blu-ray with HDMI and hook up the work. But how do I get my TiVo my cable box to TV then? person at Walmart told me that HDMI cable I should my TV picture, but he did not say how to connect to the TiVo as well as I know who used to record in HD, but even as record programs for me I'm fine with that. With illustrations also help me better than technical jargon. Thanks for the help
